Worship is the heart of our life together. Services blend liturgy, scripture, hymns, and prayer. Music has always played an important role, from the Junior Choir of the 1965 dedication service to today’s choirs and musicians.

Christian education has been a priority since our earliest days. Sunday School classes once charmingly named Hope, Faith, Liberty, Cheerful Givers, and more continue today in updated form, teaching children and youth the foundations of faith. Adult Bible studies provide opportunities for deeper learning and fellowship.

We are a family that values time together. Fellowship events, church picnics, and youth activities bring people of all ages together in joy. Good Shepherd also carries forward a spirit of service, reaching into the community with food drives, charitable assistance, and acts of compassion.

As part of our commitment to serve both our members and the wider community, Good Shepherd operates a Thrift Store that provides affordable clothing, household goods, and other essentials to anyone in need. This ministry is more than a place to shop it is an outreach of love and stewardship. For many in our community, it has become a trusted place of both practical help and genuine connection.
